Our Build Process

Planning and Pre Construction

Planning and Pre Construction is one of the most vital steps in ensuring your home renovations are completed effectively and timely.

  • All of our projects begin with an initial client meeting. After the initial phone consultation, we will meet with you to discuss your project and get a better sense of the scope of the project.

  • We will always provide you with an informal estimate before pre-construction begins. Be aware that these estimates are rough costs and formal estimates will be given after the pre-construction agreement has been signed.

  • We work with a list of trusted and qualified subcontractors when building your home. We ask all of our subs for estimates that help us give you a more accurate formal estimate.

  • We will work with you to make sure all designs and plans are finalized to your liking so that we can begin operations

  • With all the information we have gathered, will develop a formal estimate that is accurate and reflects all build costs and subcontractor prices.

  • Now that we have completed all plans, estimates and agreements, we can execute the construction agreement and begin work on your home!

Construction and Operations

Now that we have completed all necessary prerequisites, it’s time to begin construction! We work rigorously to ensure the entire build process goes smoothly, accurately, and timely.

  • We will start by obtaining all necessary permits (if required) required to build your home. These permits are then approved by the state so we can begin construction.

  • We will develop a project schedule to help ensure that all operations are completed in a smooth and timely manner. We will share this schedule with you and communicate with you throughout the entire process.

  • We will meet together on the build site before setting our operations into action.

  • We will prepare the site with all necessary processes to ensure we are ready to break ground and begin building your home.

  • Breaking ground involves all preparatory digging and other work needed before beginning to pour the foundation.

  • Throughout the duration of the build process, we will have multiple inspections completed to make sure all aspects of your home are accurate, up to code and to our high standards.

  • We will work through the entire build process and complete your home inside and out. We will update you on any and all progress throughout the project and have weekly/bi-weekly site meetings and walk throughs.

Post Construction

Your home is now nearly complete! From this point we will complete all final inspections, walk throughs, and take any necessary action to ensure your home is perfect.

  • Once construction is complete, we will perform the final inspection to make sure everything is up to code and to your liking.

  • In the case that any aspects of your home do not meet final expectations or standards we will complete a punch list to correct all issues prior to move-in.

  • Once your home is complete, our team will take final photos and videos of your home for marketing purposes.

  • We will complete one final tour walking you through your brand new home.

  • Your newly rennovated home is now complete! We will work with you to finalize all processes, payments and move-in details when applicable.
